Department, dated 18.08.2009 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to include the petitioner name in the promotion panel for the posts of Middle School Headmistress and B.T.Assistant Tamil for the year 2011 and permitting her to participate in the counseling for promotion to be held for the year 2011 and to promote her either as Middle School Headmistress and B.T. Assistant Tamil according to her seniority and pass such further orders.
