This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.187 of 2023 on 06.01.2023 to report before the respondent police daily twice in the morning at 10.30 a.m, and evening at 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report.
