S.Sulochana, (*Impleaded vide order dated 03.01.2022 made in W.M.P.No.33034 of 2019 in W.P.No.11873 of 2010) ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or directions in the nature of a writ, calling for the records of the award passed in I.D.No.81/2004 dated 16.10.2008 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court that both the petitioner Society and the third respondent agreed to enter into compromise between them and both the parties were directed to appear before this Court through Video Conferencing.

2. The President of the petitioner Society is present through virtual hearing at the office of the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the third respondent viz. Mrs.Sulochana, wife of the deceased also present through Video conferencing. A Joint memo of Compromise entered into between the petitioner and the third respondent, dated 9.11.2021 has been filed before this Court along with petition in W.M.P.No.778 of 2022 to record the Joint Memo of Compromise. Counsel for the second respondent reported no instructions.

3. Recording the Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner Society to approach the Labour Court to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,75,165/- deposited in the Labour Court, Salem in I.D.No.81 of 2004 by filing appropriate application. Consequently, W.M.P.No.778 of 2022 is allowed. M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed. No costs.
