A perusal of the order, which is the subject matter of contempt would read that the petitioner prayed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of his representation dated 09.05.2014 and the said Writ Petition was disposed of on 11.07.2014, by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of two weeks.

3. The petitioner alleging wilful disobedience and non compliance of the same, came forward to file this Contempt Petition.

4. Since there is no positive order, except in the form of consideration and disposal of the representation, this Court is of the considered view that the order would have been complied with and since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the matter has been adjourned for very many times, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
