When this case came up for hearing on 02.12.2020, one Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, on instructions, change of vakalat had been given to the party i.e., petitioner, therefore, he is no more counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, on that day, Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner with full address, accordingly the case has been listed on 22.12.2020, where the name and full address of the petitioner has been printed, however, no one was appearing for the petitioner, therefore, it has been directed to be listed today under the
caption "for dismissal". Accordingly the matter came up under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Today also when the case is called, only the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, especially the impleaded respondents 4 to 24 appeared and no one on behalf of the petitioner is appeared. Therefore, for want of prosecution, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
