Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent passed in T.S.E.II-14/2001 dated 21.02.2007 and quash the same in consequence to that direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service with all attendant benefits including continuity of service from the date of his dismissal from service i.e., from the date of suspension dated 29.01.1999.
