Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent herein for having committed wilful and deliberate contempt and disobedience of the lawful order passed by the Hon'ble High Court dated 08.08.2011 in W.P.No.20881 of 2010. There is no appearance for the petitioner. Mr.Rajesh Vivekanandan, learned Deputy Solicitor General states that the petitioner has rectified the discrepancies and the matter is now pending before the District Collector.

2. Mr.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader who appears on behalf of the District Collector would assure the Court that needful will be done within two (2) weeks from today. Mr.Rajesh would also point out to yet another verification that is requested by the competent authority, which should also be addressed by the authorities concerned.
