This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.7788 of 2017, dated 08.06.2017.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for both sides that the order dated 08.06.2017 passed by this Court has already been complied with, in letter and spirit, by way of the proceeding of the second respondent dated 01.02.2018; a copy of the said proceeding has also been produced before this Court, today.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
