2.This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fifth respondent passed in Letter No.EN3/5048/2008 dated 20.08.2009 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 to forthwith provide 2/5
the permanent electricity power supply service connection by energizing to the information Technology building of the petitioner situated at Plot No.90, B 1 at South phase of SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai 600 058 comprised in Survey No.50 part and 403 part of Ambattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District without insisting upon completion certificate from the fifth respondent. 3.The writ petition is of the year 2009 and after a lapse of nearly 17 years, nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition. Without completion certificate, no electricity connection could be provided to the petitioner that to after a lapse of nearly 17 years. 4.The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition/s, if any, is/are closed.
