JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 07.11.2024 as there was no representation on behalf of the appellants on 06.11.2024. On 07.11.2024, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants the matter was posted 'for orders' on 12.11.2024. Subsequently, it was adjourned to 18.11.2024. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellants is not ready to argue the matter.
