O R D E R
The present petition has been filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2018, pending on the file of Sub Court, Panruti to the file of Family Court, Cuddalore to be tried along with G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2019.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2018 itself was disposed of by the Subordinate Court, Panruti as early as on 18.02.2019.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and accordingly, the present petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the Family Court, Cuddalore is expected to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.23 of 2019 pending on its file at the earliest point of time. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
