2. The learned counsel for the appellant requested to grant some more time, for taking steps to implead the Legal Representatives of the sole appellant. Considering the fact that the sole appellant died in the year 2006 and the matter is pending for past 13 years, this Court is not inclined to grant any more time. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
