[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] This Contempt Petition has been filed for the willful disobedience of the order passed in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.31125 of 2014 dated 15.12.2014.

Cont.P.No.103 of 2015 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Hari Radha Krishnan would state that despite an order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.31125 of 2014, the respondent had put up construction. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Mr.K.Govi Ganesan referring the counter filed by the respondent would state that the writ petition was eventually disposed of and the building constructed by the respondent has been regularized by the Director of Town and Country Planning. The regularization order dated 16.02.2017 is placed for perusal of this Court.

4.In the light of the above, we find no merit in the contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
