2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had earlier filed anticipatory bail 1/3

petitions on two occasions and, by suppressing the earlier bail petition, this Court had imposed a cost of Rs.5000/- payable to the District Legal Service Authority in Crl.OP.No.2536 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026. He further submitted that the petitioner has duly complied with the said conditions and has produced proof for the same.

3. In view of the above, the compliance is hereby recorded and no further orders is required.
