ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.84 of 2019 dated 20.07.2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.07.2015, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent has submitted that the after investigation further action dropped and to that effect a report has been filed in R.C.No.9/17 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi on 07.09.2019.
