The petition is filed to grant a further period of 6 months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report as per the directions given by this Hon'ble High Court by order dated 28/02/2022 made in W.P.No.11751 of and W.M.P.No.12513 of 2021.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time to complete the investigation and to file the final report is extended by six months as prayed for.
