The State Of Tamilnadu v. K.Punitha, M.Sc.B.Ed.,
C.M.P.No.3454 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.11047 of 2024 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.
AND P. DHANABAL, J.
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the appeal.
Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.S.N.Ravichandran learned counsel for the first respondent.
Despite notice having been served and the name and address of the second respondent having been shown in the cause-list, none appears for the second respondent.
The delay is 101 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections from the first respondent, the delay of 101 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
