on which the third respondent is further promoted as Chief Electrical Inspector to the Government (Incharge) and to consider the claims of the petitioner for the post of Chief Electrical Inspector along with the third respondent and to promote to the said post and grant such further or other appropriate orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. (ii) to grant such further or other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and render justice.

This matter came up for consideration before this Court on 19.06.2025. As there was no representation on 19.06.2025, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, inspite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. 2.

In the circumstances and taking into consideration the fact that this matter pertains to the year 1986 and thereafter, re-numbered in the year 2004, this Court does not see any justification for adjourning the matter any

further. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
