O R D E R

The petition has been filed to transferring the investigation in Crime No.327/2013 pending on the file of 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent and issue necessary direction to the 1st respondent to complete investigation and file final report before Territorial Magistrate.

2.On perusal of status report, the 2nd respondent investigated the matter at length and are about to complete the investigation. Under these circumstances, the change of investigation would affect the entire investigation in Cr.No.327/2013, though the crime is pending which was registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the territorial Magistrate.

4.The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Washermenpet is directed to monitor the investigation by the 2nd respondent and also ensure that the 2nd respondent would file charge sheet as directed by this Court within a stipulated time. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
