ORDER

Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner suffered a punishment of 'Çensure' while in service, he filed the writ petition and during the pendency of the writ petition, he retired from service long time ago, hence, the prayer has become infructuous. Recording his statement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2008 is also dismissed. No costs.
