.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent herein issued in G.O.(P) No.243 dated 29.04.2010 Tamil Development and

Religious Endowment and Information Department and quash the same as illegal.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.07.2019 and 07.08.2019 there was no representation for the petitioners and even today there is no representation for the petitioners.

2. Mr.Maharaja learned Special Government Pleader submit that the writ petition has been filed to quash the appointment of the fit person to the Sri Hanumanthairayasam Temple situated in Edugampalayam Village, Coimbatore.

3.It is seen that there is no merits in the writ petition. Hence, no order of interim stay was granted by this Court while admitting this Writ petition vide order dated 10.06.2010.

4.Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
