Respondent/ Respondent PRAYER:Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed against the Decree and Judgment of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore dated 24.02.2016 and made in IDOP.No.86 of 2012. Decree:This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sathish Rajan,Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.C.Vishwanth, Advocate for the respondent and the mediation center by report dated 25.04.2019 having reported the parties herein have entered into a settlement and have filed Court settlement agreement dated 23.04.

2019 duly signed by the parties herein and by their respective counsels upon perusing the grounds of appeal the judgment and decree of the Court below and the material papers in this case and the settlement agreement filed herein and a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- having been received by the Respondent which amount has been paid by way of D.D.No.081169, dated 03.06.2019 in favour of the respondent towards lumpsum permanent alimony and as a one time settlement and full quit as per the settlement agreement, and this Court while recording the settlement agreement the signed which is annexed herewith doth and decree as follows:- i)that the marriage held between the Appellant viz., N.Sudhakaran and the respondent viz D.Sathya on 15.07.2009 at New Life AG Church, No.

ii)that the parties herein do hereby withdraw all the allegation and counter made in the matrimonial proceedings and the parties herein have taken down their respective articles. *Herein enclosed the xerox copy of settlement agreement dt.23.04.2019.
