This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.223 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent within time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that one Shanthamani, Writer of Erode South Police Station, has instructed that the respondent police are waiting for FSL report to file the final report and he would submit that once the FSL report is received from the lab, the final report will be filed.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the respondent police to receive the FSL report and file the final report as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from today.
