This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents from in any manner interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of Door No.112 Mudichur Road, Tambaram, Chennai 45.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents 1 and 3 are trying to dispossess the land of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein. Page No:2/4

3. Heard Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the second respondent.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that fly over was already constructed in the year 2020. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

5. Submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent is recorded.

6. In view of the above, writ petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
