Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the passing of the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.37584/2010N1 dated 09.12.2010 passed by the First Respondent and quash the same and consequently forbearing the Respondents from transferring GRAMA NATHAM lands measuring an extent of about 0.20.0 Hectares (2016 Sq mts = 21700 Sq.ft. ) out of the total extent of 1.06.75 Hectares (2.64 Acres) Comprised in Survey No.125/2 (previously included in Survey No.125/9) Kolapancherry Village Poonamallee Taluk Thiruvallur District to the Fourth Respondent. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.37584/2010N1, dated 09.12.2010 passed by the First Respondent and consequently forbearing the Respondents from transferring GRAMA NATHAM lands measuring an extent of about 0.20.0 Hectares (2016 Sq mts = 21700 Sq.ft. ) out of the total extent of 1.06.75 Hectares (2.64 Acres) Comprised in Survey No.125/2 (previously included in Survey No.125/9) Kolapancherry Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District to the Fourth Respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
