O R D E R

The civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the I Additional District Judge, Erode, for speedy disposal of the suit OS No.44 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Erode.

2. The petitioner is the 22nd defendant in OS No.44 of 2019 on the file of I Additional District Court, Erode. The respondents 1 to 5 herein/plaintiffs have filed the said suit for partition. The suit was filed in the year 2019 and the same is still pending. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this present civil revision petition for a direction to the Trial Judge to dispose of the case within a time frame.

3. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the I Additional District Court, Erode, is 805 cases.

4. Considering the total pendency of the cases and also taking note of the fact that the above petition was filed in the year 2019, the I Additional District Court, Erode, is directed to dispose of OS No.44 of 2019, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
