ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed with a prayer to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service and wages from 17.03.2004 in W.P.No.12606 of 1997 with interest at 12% and for costs.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented that subsequently by yet another order, the punishment of removal from service was imposed on the petitioner and therefore this prayer as such will not survive as on date.
3.It is seen that pending the Writ Petition, the workman has been reinstated and he was serving and he has been removed from service by yet another order of punishment. As such nothing survives to be decided in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of having become infructuous. No costs.
