ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in D.Dis.(K3) R.P.9/02 (48299/01) dated 02.07.2004 and quash the same as illegal, and unenforceable and direct the third respondent not to disturb the physical possession and enjoyment of the property by changing the patta in pursuance of the order of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
