ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore to dispose the C.C.No.2725 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.
2. On an earlier occasion, this Court directed the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore to send a report to this Court as to why the case in C.C.No.2725 of 2018 was not disposed, despite the specific direction issued by this Court to dispose the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
3. Accordingly, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate sent a report to this Court stating that case could not disposed for the reasons that the dilatory tactics were adopted by the parties, lock down situation prevailed and physical hearing of the case had been dispensed and seeks six more months for disposing the case in C.C.No.2725 of 2018.

4. In the light of the reasons stated by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore, this Court grants six months time to dispose the case in C.C.No.2724 of 2018 from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
