The 1st defendant in a suit for declaration of half share in the suit property and for partition has approached this Court for expeditious disposal of the suit. He along with 3rd defendant in the suit are the brothers to the plaintiff. The 2nd defendant in the suit is the wife of the plaintiff. 2.Learned counsel submitted that in the earlier litigation pleadings are complete and requires the suit to be disposed of expeditiously. 3.In view of the above, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.302 of 2017 within a period of Nine (9) months excluding Summer Holidays-2022 and Pooja Holidays-2022.
4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
