ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records made in Letter No.S2(2)/22577/2013/C.R. Dated 31.01.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to treat the break in service period between 30.01.2002 to 12.08.2005 as duty of the petitioner and provide consequential promotion in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner originally engaged counsels viz., Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, Mr.A.Ramesh and Mr.S.Ayyapillai. Thereafter, on the request of the petitioner, the entire bundle was handed over along with the change of vakalat. Thereafter, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner. Even till today, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel to represent himself before this Court. Today, when the matter is called, neither the petitioner nor any counsel entered appearance before this Court. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case.
