This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent Notification No.A.12020/1(8)/2015/E5/DHFWS Puducherry dated 04.01.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to select the petitioner as Pharmacist in the O.B.C.
