The prayer of the petitioner is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 herein to conduct the re-auction for the hotel (unavu viduthi), Thiru Vi Ka Bus Stand, Thiruvallur Municipality. 2.Learned counsel for the respondents submits that re-auction has been conducted and as on date nothing survives in this Writ Petition. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous as aforesaid. No costs.
