Prayer in WP.No.5103 of 2018: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant 60 days Earn Leave Salary to the petitioner which was surrendered by the petitioner in 2011.

COMMON ORDER The grievances of the writ petitioners is that the Earn Leave Salary due to the writ petitioners were not sanctioned in favour of the writ petitioners. As per the rules, the petitioners are entitled to get salary for the Earned Leave. In this regard, the petitioners has submitted representation to the first respondent on 04.11.2017 and the said representation is yet to be considered.
2. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners and pass orders within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the writ petitioners are directed to enclose the copy of representation and relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in these present writ petitions.
