The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the first respondent in C.P.No.437 of 2000 dated 17.08.2007 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner management submitted that the matter has been settled out of the Court and also produced a copy of the order passed by the petitioner management dated 12.07.2021 and the same is recorded by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
