The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2013 not detaining the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14/82 as GOONDAS Act.
2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
