2. On similar circumstances, while holding that order of Debts Recovery Tribunal, is appealable under Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, we dismissed W.P.Nos.1946 to 1948 of 2018 vide order dated 31.01.2018.

3. M.P.Rajavelu, learned counsel on record seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petitions. He has also made a endorsement to that effect. Placing on record the above, W.P.Nos.2062 to 2064 of 2018, are dismissed. No leave is granted to file fresh writ petitions challenging the order impugned. On the same grounds, made in the instant writ petitions. No Costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
