This Writ Petition is filed seeking to stipulate maximum age limit, in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to direct the fifth respondent to sponsor the name of the petitioner and consider the name of the petitioner for appointment by the respondents 3 and 4.

2. At the time of filing the writ petition, the age of the petitioner was 43 years. Since the petitioner had already crossed the age of 40 and was over age as per the second respondent's circular and the maximum age limit was fixed as 35 years, his name was not sponsored by the Employment Exchange. Now, the petitioner's age is 57 years. Therefore, considering the nature of claim sought for by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication now by efflux of time. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar nvsri To 1.The Chairman, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board No.800, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002 2.The Chief Engineer/Personnel Tamil Nadu Electricity Board 8th Floor, NPKRR Maligai No.800, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002 3.The Chief Engineer/Distribution Nagapattinam Region, Nagapattinam District 4.The Superintending Engineer Nagapattinam Electricity Distribution Circle Tamil Nadu Electricity Board
