ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a petty shop and on 02.01.2022 when the defaco complainant was on his way, the petitioner way laid him, committed robbery of Rs.600/- and Gio Phone from the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is in Judicial Custody from 02.01.2022 and he is the only breadwinner to his family. Hence, he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases in similar nature. Hence, she vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration the fact, that the petitioner is an habitual offender and as well as all the cases were registered against the petitioner for a similar of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
