Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/State on instructions would submit that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos. 2614 & 2615 of 2024, dated 24.10.2024 regularly.
2. In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the view that the impugned orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.2930 & 2932 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024 dismissing the petitions for relaxation can be set aside and the petitioners can be directed to appear before the respondent police on every 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
