ORDER

In compliance of the statutory notice ordered by this Court on 02.02.2022, Mr.A.Manikkannan, the Chief Engineer (Personnel) (i/c), Tamil 1/3

Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation, is present before this Court today.

2. The order of the Writ Court was to consider the representations given by the petitioners within a stipulated time.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent produced a copy of the letter dated 23.01.2014, which is the consideration of the petitioner's representations in compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.20943 of 2013 dated 30.07.2013, as well as the acknowledgement cards signed by the petitioners, which evidences the receipt of the letter referred above.

4. In view of the consideration of the representations of all the petitioners herein, the disobedience alleged on the part of the respondent cannot be willful in nature.
