The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with a civil dispute.
2. Heard both sides
3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that originally, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the second respondent against the offenders as they caused encumbrance in the property owned by the petitioner's father. But, till date no action was taken in that complaint. However, on the basis of the complaint received from the offenders, the second respondent is threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises. Further, the petitioner is repeatedly called for enquiry and harassed at large.

4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) fairly submitted that a direction may be given to the respondent police to complete the enquiry, by fixing an enquiry date and in this regard summons may be issued to both the parties.
5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the second respondent is directed to fix a date for enquiry and on due enquiry, dispose of the matter within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harrassed.
6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
