Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2017 and consequently grant separate electricity connection in favour of the petitioner to her residence at No.72/6, Old Amaranjipuram, 1st Floor, Royapuram, Chennai-600 013 within a period fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court where the Civil Suit is pending and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.

3.It is made clear that the above Civil Suit pending before the concerned Court, shall be considered and disposed of, on merits.
