By this application, substituted service on respondents 2 to 4 by way of publication in one newspaper circulating in Mohali, Punjab, is prayed for.

2. In the affidavit in support, it is stated that notice sent to respondents 2 to 4 at their last known address was returned 'unserved' on two occasions. Therefore, the applicant was permitted to file the present application.

3. Upon examining the reasons stated in the affidavit in support and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this application is allowed by directing the petitioner to effect publication in one edition of the English daily 'INDIAN EXPRESS' circulation in Mohali, Punjab and specifying the next date of hearing as 01.03.2023.
