Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for willfull disobedience of the order dated 21.07.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18594 of 2017.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.18594 of 2017, dated 21.07.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order passed in the writ petition, by passing an order dated 25.09.2018. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the order dated 25.09.2018, which was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today.

3. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
