This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue Patta in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respect of Gramanatham Re-Survey No.1504/8 and 1504/9, old Survey No.92/2 as per Village record and 10(1) register in Veerappanchatram Village (Erode - A) Erode Division, Erode District on the name of the petitioners as per findings and recommendation of the Revenue Tashildar and other officials in the revenue village.

2. On earlier occasion, this Court issued direction to the sixth respondent/Tahsildar to issue Patta in favour of the petitioners, if it is otherwise in order. In pursuant to that order the Tahsildar rejected the petitioners application on 23.03.2022, vide order Na.Ka.1543/2022/B1.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
