O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second and third respondents to grant necessary police protection to the petitioner to enjoy his house properties by removing the trespassers on the property of the petitioner and further book the offenders and deal with them in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representations dated 13.09.2016 and 05.12.2016 in this regard to the second respondent and the same may be directed to be considered by the second and third respondents in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.09.2016 and 05.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, and take appropriate action, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
