Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the appeal petition filed by the petitioner on 21.01.2019 before the first respondent against the order Na.Ka.No.8863/E2/2018 dated 08.01.2019 passed by the second respondent on merits in accordance with law.

ORDER
By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the appeal petition filed by him on 21.01.2019 before the first respondent against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.8863/E2/2018 dated 08.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 21.01.2019 against the order of the Assistant Inspector General of Registration/second respondent herein regarding certain allegations made against him, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. It is seen that as against the order dated 08.01.2019 passed by the second respondent, an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent only on 21.01.2019. Even before numbering of the appeal, the petitioner has moved this Court for an early disposal of the appeal.
5. Heard Mr.P.Purushothaman, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to expedite the process of hearing the appeal filed by the petitioner on 21.01.2019 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondents 4 to 7 herein and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, as expeditiously as possible, however, not beyond 31.03.2019.
7. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
