ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue Scheduled Tribe (ST) Community Certificate to the petitioner viz. S.Srinath based on the petitioner's father representation dated 13.09.2021.

2.Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner's father dated 13.09.2021, the 2nd respondent, namely, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, would issue notice calling upon the petitioner and his father to appear with relevant documents and thereafter, on proper enquiry, the grievance of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would be considered.

3.Placing on record the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner's father dated 13.09.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
