Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri, in S.C.No.212 of 2023 and the case is posted for hearing on 26.02.2024. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
